Anwar was very kind he was the most respectfull person who we have ever met in Dubai. We were togheter with my duaghter without my husband but we felt during the program maximum safety. Mujeeb was absolutely amazing!!!! Best tour guide ever!!! He was inviting from the moment he picked us up and made sure all I needs were met until he dropped us back off. Mujeeb was hilarious and I truly appreciate him for making this the best birthday/anniversary trip ever!!!! I would highly recommend!!!!! Mujeeb also took some amazing pictures that I will treasure forever!!!!!

Everything was literally something out of a movie. I'm from NYC and run a company that handles DJs and nightclubs. Our idea was to take our team for a desert retreat and host a private party with music, Dancing, food, tents, dune bashing and sand boarding. THESE GUYS HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK! We thought it was going to be difficult setting it all up with a 9hr timezone difference and potential language barrier, but, man were we so glad to be wrong. If you're looking to do anything they offer or make a custom event tailored to something from your dreams? Look no further. Just make it happen! What a truly unforgettable experience!

The whole day from start to finish was amazing, our guid Sam was full of information and made everything go very smoothly, the sands dunes in the jeep was amazing and dinner and entertainment was 5 star

Great dunes tour

Chenga, our tour guide, was fantastic. Having a private tour for our family was the way to go. Chenga was very friendly, talked about many aspects of Dubai on our way to the desert. He handled the dunes like a pro and helped my 12 year old daughter sand surfing, that was her favorite part. The Dinner shows were fun at the camp and the buffet was very good. Great trip overall and highly recommend.

Exhilarating

Umesh was a wonderful guide on our tour of the dessert. His dune driving was exhilarating, and his kind attention was appreciated. We enjoyed the bedouin evening particularly the fire dancer. We feel very lucky to have had such a knowledgeable guide. Thank you Umesh, Michele and Roger x

Must do in the desert!

Tour was great. The ATV and camel rides were wonderful. The best part was the desert drive and the fire breather!

The best part was our guide Jackson. He was a perfect guide and driver of the dunes!

Amazing trip, but overpriced and overpromised in comparison to other operators

Let me start by saying that the desert experience is memorable and worthwhile of booking... we had fun and will remember the visit for years... However, the package presented on Viator is a bit misleading. In the Included part (which is typically benchmarked for different providers) there are items that are not provided or need to be paid separately in our case: Falcon experience, Henna Painting, Gaymat (sweets), Gahwa (coffee) & Date, also few minutes camel ride turned out to be few seconds of a camel ride (kids were eager to ride, not photoshoot)... late arrival and pick-ups...

All of the above would not be a problem if we booked randomly, without pre-assessment, but to make sure that the family gets a full experience, I decided to book a fairly expensive Private Premium Safari by Trawey Tourism, which was also priced with a premium over other available trips.

P.S. our tour guide Umesh tried to make the experience memorable irrespective of the above, and he gets a star for that.

Therefore, I'd say the overall experience was a 3.
