BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! It was one of the best days of my life, the tour provides amazing food, James was our guide and he was amazing with us, super attentive, great sense of humor, very sweet! In addition, there were several surprise attractions to take your breath away! I will definitely come back to do the same tour and recommend it to everyone, certainly it's the TOP 1 of things you can't miss in dubai!

It was simply the highlight of our visit in Dubai. Our driver/guide was awesome since he picked us up from the hotel. The tour was arranged so well from the moment we arrived at the camp, driving around the sand dunes with the range rover, the falcon show, camel ride to the dinner place and finally a scrumptious dinner to finish the day.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a great afternoon/ evening we had. It was a real highlight of our 6 week trip through Greece, London and Dubai. Booking was easy, communication great. Pick up from our hotel was on time. Our guide Oscar was one of the best guides we’ve had anywhere in the world. He was great! A real asset for the business.
We basically felt like we had the desert to ourselves. We were fortunate enough to have a sand storm and a thunder storm midway through. Very beautiful! The cars are clean, well maintained and comfortable. Everything is beautifully curated and coordinated. Nothing is too much trouble. Facilities are great. The food! OMG! We were not expecting that quality and service. Just magnificent. I am super fussy and they delivered well and above. The chefs are to be congratulated. This is a 5 Star experience all the way. We could not fault it. It is something we will remember as a real highlight of our travels.

I had high expectations regarding this tour and it still surpassed them. Majid our driver and tour guide did a fantastic job of keeping us engaged, teaching us about the desert and culture of the Bedouin people, and guiding us through the various activities. The aspects of this tour are highly recommended and if you can afford it the platinum heritage tour is the best option and is different than the other options. Other companies offer desert safaris but they are not equal, make sure you buy the platinum heritage from this company if you want a truly unique excursion and not just dune bashing and a bbq dinner.

We booked our desert trip from The8 Hotel with the staff member Romany Adly. This trip was incredible and loved by the whole family. Our Platinum Heritage guide was Abbas and he was the best guide we have ever had and we travel a lot! He really made our trip special and our holiday. It is a true pleasure to meet such a nice, humble, helpful and enthusiastic guy. I would highly recommend the trip and thanks a million Abbas!!!

It was a great trip with wonderful views and amazing experience overall. Our guide Cesar was great to chat to and answered all the questions we asked. The dunes were incredible and we were especially delighted to see the falcon fly! Dubai conservation program seems to be going well, we wish all the best for it to continue to prosper! This is a Must in Dubai, honestly the description falls short of what you get and experience. I highly recommend this tour, if possible, ask for Hossan to be your tour guide. He takes pride in what he does and he is very informative making your trip a luxurious night. Food was excellent. We will ne coming back soon.

The best immersive desert experience in Dubai

Although it was raining a lot, our experience was very good. The tour guide Cesar Augusto is a wonderful person to be around, with a very extensive knowledge of the region and its history. We had a minor issue regarding the professional photos, but all staff was quick to fix it. They managed to compensate the troubles caused by bad weather by giving us delicious food and treating us in the best way they could.
I will definitely go again, and hopefully in a nice sunny day!

Aamir was a great guide very friendly and helpful, very nice cars, the scenery was so beautiful, dinner was so tasty with great flavor.
