Ziad was the best tour guide! He was very profesional, knowledgeable, and outgoing. He took amazing pictures for me and I really enjoy the food selection he recommended for our group along with how he ensured we all had our questions and concerns taken care of. Great experience, Ziad Muhammed, our guide, knew exactly what order to see the spots we wanted to see, he took into account when the Landmarks would be the least busy, and with Oceanair you skip the lines and Ziad knew special spots to take pictures, notably at the Mosque. Also it was very nice to have the specific rules explained to us before arriving, as we saw many people getting in trouble in certain areas, since the rules are not always clearly explained. 11/10 experience I would not have done this any other way.

An efficient way to discover Abhu dhabi! small group well organised.

Pick up at the hotel direction Abhu Dhabi , the guide explained us the information ahead, just before arriving in each sites, we were explained all the main aspects to focus on, and then get bespoke answer to any particular query within the tour!
A millimitric organisation which allow us to get effiecient visit, and get the most of it!

Thanks to Ziad our guide who did make a real difference, his network did allow us to speed-up the queue line, and also avoid the dubai traffic on the return, (game changer when you are visiting).

Great Sights….but a slightly uncomfortable experience

Our 3 main stops, Presidential Palace, Observation Deck of Conrad Tower were all unbelievably impressive. Our guide Noor was fantastic with both his knowledge and his friendliness.
On the minus side, we had minor delays between hotel pick-up and joining the coach, and our planned lunch stop (for local food) was not the best (we would have better advised to take Noor’s other option of “fast food” at the local Mall.
Despite local temperatures being down to 36 degrees, my wife especially found the day unbearably hot with head, legs and arms covered… and we both felt a little apprehensive about how strictly (yet understandably) the officials at Mosque enforced the rules.
A good day, and we are so pleased to have made the visit, but neither of us were comfortable, or felt “at ease”

Convenient way to visit Abu Dhabi, but avoid the recommended lunch buffet

Overall, a very convenient way to visit Abu Dhabi. Hotel pick-up and drop-off was great as was the inclusion of all site entry fees and our guide. My only recommendation to folks who take the tour is to avoid the buffet lunch restaurant at all costs. It seems to be the common restaurant multiple tour companies utilize. As a result, it can be very crowded and chaotic and result in poor food and service. It's basically a small cafeteria with limited seating and no servers. All (and I mean all) of the food was cold and many buffet dishes were empty. As far as we could find, there were no drink options other than water. Even water was difficult to get but we finally received some after we were done eating. I'm assuming the tour companies must receive some sort of referral/kick-back incentive to use the location. You're better off being dropped at the mall food court (the only other option).

Excellent guide, Ramadan. The bus was not modern as specified. The sites of visit were impressive and interesting. We stopped for lunch at a good restaurant that was recommended by our guide.
