Geniet tijdens deze 6 uur durende tour van plezier en bloedstollende activiteiten in een van de grootste en prachtigste woestijnen van het Arabische schiereiland. Uw woestijnsafari is een mix van avontuur, cultureel entertainment en een heerlijk diner onder de sterrenhemel.

Het echte hoogtepunt van de woestijnsafari is een spannende, adrenalineverhogende rit met vierwielaangedreven auto diep in de woestijn om de gouden duinen te ontdekken door daar vanaf te scheuren en er weer tegenop te rijden. Hierna brengt u een bezoek aan een traditioneel Arabisch bedoeïenenkamp waar u de echte essentie en schoonheid van de woestijn kunt bewonderen, terwijl u geniet van traditioneel Arabische koffie, een gearomatiseerde shisha en u laat betoveren door de buikdansbewegingen en Tanoura-shows.

Amazing experience

The dune ride was excellent - my kids enjoyed it very much -such a memorable experience. The BBQ was also very good and the dinner entertainment was really cool - especially the fire display

Fantastic afternoon/evening experience in the desert. Relatively expensive but highly recommended.

We packed a lot into the six hours between our hotel pick up and drop off. Abbas, our driver/guide was excellent and very informative. Felt slightly uncomfortable for our first stop, which was to (unexpectedly) buy some Arabic scarfs (but these were invaluable later). Second stop and we were tempted to go on quad bikes following a guide. This was an expensive optional extra but an unforgettable experience in the middle of a sandstorm and some light rain in the desert. This was spoilt slightly by a mid way stop for some photos with a falcon, and some more unexpected costs. Definitely recommend the more expensive guided option though. Next was ‘sand bashing’ where we were driven up, down and around the dunes. This was great fun too. We stopped for some memorable sunset (and Rainbow) photos, which Abbas took and immediately sent to us via WhatsApp. We then headed to a different part of the desert for an evening BBQ and show. Three fantastic acts; belly dancer, high speed spinning dancer and a fire eater/entertainer. Final thing was a short camel ride before our drive back to our hotel. Great overall package, even if it turned out much more expensive than we originally thought.

My wife and I had the most amazing and memorable day in Dubai when we did the Desert Safari tour. Abbas was a fantastic tour guide. He speaks English and was very engaging from the time he picked us up until drop off. The Dune bashing was particularly breathtaking. An experience i would definitely recommend.

Great variety of activities, great guide

The favourite part of the experience was how well Munir took great care to handle our group and showed us the activities that were part of the package. It is definitely a package that I would recommend to do if you are in Dubai for a couple of days

Dubai desert safari was A great experience. Mostly because of our driver- Naveed who was taking care of us at all times and of course he is a very skilled desert driver - the dunes bashing was amazing! We felt safe and had lots of fun.
Driver made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times: in the dessert, in the Bedouin camp and during all other parts of the trip.
Grill food could have been better and more, but this was a minor part of our trip.
I totally recommend this amd of you can choose the driver I def think that Naveed is the best! He also knows how to take amazing pictures!

Family desert outing

Great experience! Abbas our driver was wonderful. He picked us up promptly from our hotel and took our family out to the red dune desert where we partook in dune buggy riding, sand boarding and dune bashing. He was a very good guide and got us to our destination before it was too busy. Afterwards we went to the desert tent where we enjoyed dinner and shows. Abbas took great care of us!

Had a wonderful time, with the best food,scenery, and best guide Naveed, who helped us in every step,photos,and even general tips on Dubai . Memorable tour for sure!

Tourist scams

The tour guide was great and the overall experience was fun! However I will not give a five star because at each stop there was tourism scams. For example after the dune ride we stopped to clean the car and the shop wanted 60 aed for 2 ordinary ice creams? The bbq dinner was served cold and not tasty. We payed extra for a VIP table which was another tourist scam. It was suppose to include ac and wifi, the wifi did not work and ac was useless. It was also suppose to include local outfit and picture with a Falcon, which we did not get and they tried to sell it to us once again for extra money. So there are a lot of room for improvements.

Overall lots of fun with one caveat.

Our guide Abbas was super - 5/5. He was friendly, easy going and highly informative in discussing the region and culture where we were visiting. Also a very skilled dune basher with his 4x4, lots of fun. Sand boarding was also a lot fun. The bbq dinner and show is where this review looses a point. The actual show with 3 performances was great but the atmosphere was a bit carnival like/cheesy and the food was less than mediocre. But all and all I would definitely recommend the experience.

Really fun way to spend a day in Dubai

Our driver Abbas was kind enough to drive out to Umm al Quwain to collect us from our hotel, and was a great driver and tour guide providing us with lots of information about Dubai as we drove about and then taking us dune bashing as well as the other activities.

The desert camp where you end the day is quite fun, but if we went again we wouldn't pay extra for the VIP experience as the queue for the buffet wasn't bad and we were constantly pestered by sales people selling their wares. The camel ride is also approximately 30 seconds long so not really worth it. The 3 shows were pretty impressive, especially the fire breather!

Memorable but never again

Too commercialised, too many people trying to (up)sell and the dune bashing was crazy dangerous. Our driver/guide was very nice and for sure very experienced but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who values their life. We were very scared. Dinner/show was ok, nothing special although the fire performance was great. The best part of this tour was spending time in the desert outside of the car just taking in the scenery and sunset.
