Memorable experience

What a life time experience. All the process is smooth and very exciting. Our drive Murtoa was very friendly, wonderful, on time and experienced in dune bashing make the experience memorable. Breakfast was good and the falcon carer was full of knowledge and fun. I recommend this company for the memorable experience.

This was an absolutely amazing experience 10 out of 10. We were a little apprehensive at first about going so high but when you are up there you actually feel calm safe and relaxed. The people on the tour were great and I would do it all again. It was also very good value for money, I urge anyone who feels a little bit worried about doing it just take a leap of faith you won’t be disappointed.

A truly tranquil and relaxing experience

We booked the hot air balloon trip for my husband's birthday with this travel company because it came highly recommended to us by many other expats leaving in Dubai. We were nervious, hardly slept before. PLEASE, don't be. Everything is well organised and the staff is calm and very experienced. Big shout out to Hosam, our pilot. He assured us about our safety as soon as we arrived. They simply don't fly if it is windy. The flight is so relaxing, going up and down with latitude- you won't feel the slightest discomfort. Saif, our driver was polite and well informed. Well done Platinum Heritage!

My first hot air balloon experience

The overall hot air balloon ride was fantastic. Arturo, the pilot, was very calm, friendly and accommodating to the people in the basket. Things were done gradually to enhance the overall experience.

He prioritised safety first as my original ride was Wednesday, 7 December 2022 but the direction of the winds changed suddenly and he felt the need to cancel. When it was better the next day as I rescheduled my ride 24 hours later, he quickly got us up without compromising safety standards. His calm demeanour made everything move quickly. Landing was smooth and the operator had many helping hands to help as well. They spoke good English so communication was not a problem.

A special shout-out to the coordinators, Leon and Suleiman for constantly helping me over WhatsApp. They were prompt in my follow up and helpful without pressing me into anything I did not want to do. There was no hard selling. This is fair and well- received.

I did not experience any buffet breakfast though, however, this does not dampen the overall experience which was fantastic. The ride was more important. Cheers to Klook SG and Hot air balloon UAE :)

Pinal contacted me the day before with arrangements for my hotel pick up, Zaman picked me up at the time allocated and his English was exceptional and so lovely. As a solo female traveller I was put at ease and felt comfortable. The trip was good never done any hot air ballooning so this was a bucket list tick, best part was the dune bashing even thought I normally extremely nervous as a passenger felt safe in the the hands of Zaman. I also got to pet the falcons as someone scared of birds I did not feel any fear the falconers were lovely.

Great unforgettable experience. Jamal was great driver, host and crewmember of the experience. Amazing experience.

Sunrise from the sky

My favourite thing to do in Dubai. It was exceptional and I would recommend it to all. It was so beautiful to watch the sunrise from up. The staff and people were nice and very friendly. This is my best memory from Dubai.

Had the most magical experience throughout. The balloon ride, the sunrise, all of it was breathtaking. It made our anniversary that much more special. Thanks to Pinal for organising, Captain Pasi for raking care of is in the air and Simba for treating us like VIP on the ground!! Highly recommend them!!!

New to Dubai

Leo was punctual, kind and considerate. He made sure to identify rest areas. He was also a safe driver. I played American music on the radio to accommodate guests. And he was very friendly.

Excellent experience the views breathtaking.
However when you get to breakfast you arrive to indian music and club music..your in middle east have arabic music to be authentic.

Leo did a great job of communicating all the details to us via Whatsapp. Very professional. I wish I had known more about what to expect during take off and landing. It's not for the faint of heart. It felt a little over crowded but we had a great pilot and it was definitely an unforgettable experience.
